MLM Recruiting

Within MLM recruiting there are basically two windows in which to market your business in order to recruit new associates or customers; that is to go online or offline.  If a business owner decides to stay offline and avoid the online, meaning Internet marketing, he will lose out on tones of income.  Just imagine you were making $150,000 a year conducting your business completely offline, that is using mail, phone, referrals, and TV, just imagine the millions of people who buy or search things online only.

Many business owners take this for granted and don’t pursue it.  I urge you not to make the same mistake.  Then as we flip that coin some business owners have learned about the Internet and how to use it to earn money and their business relies 100% of online marketing efforts.  The best thing to do is utilize both.  Even if you earn a bunch of money from one particular method you can still slowly begin to incorporate the other to augment your success.

Let’s looking into some MLM recruiting methods that work; starting online.  You don’t need your own website, you’ve heard that a million times; but all the guys that tell you that all have websites (definitely the guys and gals making money).  I remember in the Bible, Jesus told some followers to do everything the Pharisees or religious leaders tell you but avoid or don’t do what they do.  Because the Pharisees were hypocrites that taught the people the truth but just didn’t bother to do what they taught.  So in this case the Pharisees (MLM Recruiting Leaders) do what they do especially if they are known money makers in the industry. 

If Mike Dillard or Terry Duff tells you, you do not need a website, look them up and see if they have one.  If they do; then I would attempt to get one.  Any way I digress…

While it is totally true you don’t need a website to be successful; it is necessary after a while. Owning your own website is just like owning your own home.  If you rent you’re subject to the owner.  So if you have a sub domain with blogger.com and you have www.yourname.blogspot.com you can only do what BlogSpot allows.  This is a handicap no matter which way you look at it.  It doesn’t mean you can’t be successful; but at a certain point you have to buy some land.

Having a good website that is your own is the stepping stone in getting targeted visitors to your website where you can present to them something that will assist them in a conflict they have (better known as your offer).  If a prospect is looking to improve their health starting with their liver and you have a website that gives free information to improving your health starting with your liver, that is pretty targeted.  The visitor will see value coming to your website and most likely subscribe or converse with you in order to get more help or information. 

How does this help you in your MLM recruiting?  Let’s go to the night club, if someone comes to my night club often and spends a lot of time there because they like me and my club, what are the chances that they will purchase a drink from my night club?  What are the chances of them bringing friends?  If visitors come to your website, and find value in the content:

• they will probably buy something from you and more likely than not
• invite others to come to your website that has similar symptoms and/or interest
• sign up to join your business opportunity

Offline MLM recruiting is standard.  If you are on a church or shoe string budget, buying leads (VERY CHEAP or inexpensive leads) will be the best way to go.  The only thing you have to do at this point is fine tune a message that resonates with who you are calling.  It’s like the website; you must have content or a message that makes the person stay and want to come back.

On the phone, you have to test and develop a script that will consistently keep people talking to you long enough for you to get them to view or listen to your presentation.  MLM recruiting requires savvy online and offline marketing and what you’ll find out is that it is not as hard as you believe it to be.  Until next time cheers to your success

Congratulations, you’ve either joined or deciding on joining Visalus as a business venture and you are ready to make the big bucks.  If you have done a bit of due diligence you know all about their “bimmer” club and some of the good perks that comes with the exciting opportunity.  However have you done all your research in this business, this company, and this industry?

Visalus is a nutritional wellness company focusing on weight loss.  They have a product that aims at helping people lose weight responsively and relatively quickly.  If you are having problems losing weight or keeping it off; there are a number of places you can go on the Internet alone to address this issue.  So Visalus does have a large market to dispense it’s product towards.

Visalus also has other products such as the Vi-Pak which has a good amount of antioxidants for strengthening the immune system.  And last they have a product called Neuro, which address energy.  They compared the Neuro to Red Bull and even Cocaine to show how Neuro is a healthier alternative when it comes to energy boost in supplements.

Now the marketing plan is like any other in the industry of MLM or network marketing.  You need to learn how to recruit prospects into this business for it to thrive.  Also you must have customers who try and use the products on a monthly basis.

This is nothing new to those of you who are already involved with the business.  But if you’re thinking about getting involved you should consider if you have the skill to correctly market this product past the 90 day threshold.  What is the 90 day threshold?  It is the average window in which a new Visalus business distributor starts and quits his or her business.

They end up quitting for a number of reasons; the main one is because they are not properly trained in this industry.  The industry is great; it’s just you have to know how to handle the industry.  Visalus, the company, they totally understand how to market in this industry.

So how do you do as they are doing?  You move away from some of the deadly mistakes taught in this industry.  I’m sure I’m going to offend a few folks who are already in the game?  First off, you don’t make a list of everyone you know and invite them to your home or to a hotel.  You don’t market the opportunity.

Those methods don’t work (for you), they work for Visalus.  I’ll explain that a bit later.  Business, including Visalus is all about numbers.  If you’re a popular dude or dudette, sure you can get a list of 200 to 500 people and have a super PBR.  But if you are an average Joe introvert, you just won’t be able to get that size of a list.  And the people you do associate with may be fellow introverts.  This puts you at a hazarding disadvantage.  Chiefly because you will run out of warm market people to talk to and when you have no one to talk to, in business and in life you go out of business.

So to get your Visalus business going you’re going to need to first learn marketing, the way the big companies and big boys do it.  You need to know the products you’re marketing, and you need to get on the grind working with people who are looking to increase their income and are using proven marketing methods whether it is using the phone, Internet, or paper.

Do this and your Visalus business will be great.
